Celebrate the first organic dry pasta artisan made in the UK. As sustainability is really important to us we are very proud of our low food miles and total traceability of our product.
We use ancient grains like Emmer, Einkorn and Spelt. These grains have been around for thousands of years and have constituted the backbone of our ancestors' diet, barely changing over the years (no GMO).
We use traditional Italian methods to make our pasta artisanally. This means our pasta is made in small batches, bronze extruded and then slow dried at a low temperature to keep all natural flavours as well as health benefits intact.
We take the environment very seriously: employing only renewable energy, local and organic ingredients, compostable packaging, recycled paper and differentiated waste procedure in our operations to reduce our carbon footprint to the minimum.
