We value everybody who comes into contact with our business from the farmers and millers who supply us, to our wonderful partners and employees, our customers, and everything in-between. We ourselves are a small, creative team who have a passion for pasta! We love experimenting and finding new ways to redefine pasta. It’s been a journey of patience, dedication, and almost compulsive attention to detail to fine-tune our pasta recipes and perfect the drying process but it was worth the challenge to be where we are today.
Vincenzo, the man in charge of our pasta production is a huge part of the success of our business. He has over 10 years of experience and was Pastificio Carleschi's first-ever employee! Not only did he help with the development of our pastas but he produces them himself so that he can ensure the highest quality.
Where possible, we source our flour directly from farmers with sustainability-focused mindsets and over the years we have established great relationships with truly exceptional growers (and most of the millers too) across the UK.
