These tagliatelle are made with British Organic Wholegrain Stoneground Spelt. 
Cut by hand and gently laid on the wooden looms, our tagliatelle are slow-dried for 36 hours at a very low temperature to ensure great taste and extra tenure of cooking.
The texture is as rough as you would expect from a pasta gently extruded through a bronze die.
