Made with British-grown, stoneground Krivet – a unique grain born from a cross between Khorasan durum wheat and British rivet wheat – our spaghettoni is pasta like you’ve never tasted before.
Each strand is cut by hand, looped, and carefully placed on wooden looms, capturing the craft and care we put into every batch. These spaghettoni are slow-dried for 36 hours at a very low temperature, locking in an incredible depth of flavour and bringing you pasta with true al dente integrity.
